Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Attract new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales and marketing process for the business.
- Work with the CEO to identify and research opportunities in new and existing markets.
- Prepare and develop pitches and presentations for potential new clients.
- Combine efforts and foster a collaborative environment within the business as a whole.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Create positive, long-lasting relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Develop and present proposals customized for each client's specific business needs.
- Build rapport with key decision-makers.
- Translate proposals into ready-to-sign contracts.
- Own the sales life cycle from prospecting to implementation.
- Manage virtual and in-person sales meetings.
- Ensure excellent customer service through regular client follow-up.
- Any other duties as instructed by the Managing Director
Education and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales or related role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in the branding or promotional products industry is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and networking events.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to changing market conditions.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong marketing and project management skills.
- Business intelligence that will drive revenue growth.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
