Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Attract new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales and marketing process for the business.
  • Work with the CEO to identify and research opportunities in new and existing markets.
  • Prepare and develop pitches and presentations for potential new clients.
  • Combine efforts and foster a collaborative environment within the business as a whole.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Create positive, long-lasting relationships with current and prospective clients.
  • Develop and present proposals customized for each client's specific business needs.
  • Build rapport with key decision-makers.
  • Translate proposals into ready-to-sign contracts.
  • Own the sales life cycle from prospecting to implementation.
  • Manage virtual and in-person sales meetings.
  • Ensure excellent customer service through regular client follow-up.
  • Any other duties as instructed by the Managing Director

Education and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales or related role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in the branding or promotional products industry is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and networking events.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to changing market conditions.

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong marketing and project management skills.
  • Business intelligence that will drive revenue growth.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
