Job Title: Hair Colourist

Role Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and creative Hair Colourist to join our luxury salon team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional technical expertise in hair coloring, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to deliver personalized color transformations that enhance each client’s unique style.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with store and production manager to understand client’s hair color goals, preferences, and lifestyle.
• Perform advanced hair coloring techniques, including balayage, ombré, highlights, lowlights, and corrective color.
• Recommend appropriate treatments and products to maintain hair health and prolong color vibrancy.
• Stay updated on the latest hair coloring trends, products, and techniques.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace in line with salon standards.
• Build strong client relationships through excellent service and effective communication.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a professional Hair Colourist, preferably in a luxury salon setting.
• Expertise in a wide range of hair coloring techniques and styles.
• Strong understanding of color theory and its application in hair coloring.
• Excellent communication and consultation skills to provide personalized client services.
• Certification or training in cosmetology or hairdressing from a recognized institution.
• Passion for beauty and commitment to staying ahead of industry trends.
