Job Description

• Swift Consulting is calling for experienced Facilitators to lead training programs in Poultry Farming.
• Our organization aims to add to our faculty of facilitators especially in the Agricultural Sector (Poultry Farming and Feed Production), and we need skilled facilitators to help us achieve this goal.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training programs on poultry farming topics, including but not limited to:
• Poultry nutrition and feeding
• Feed formulation and production
• Disease management and biosecurity
• Breeding and genetics
• Marketing and business management
• Develop and adapt training materials to meet the needs of farmers.
• Provide coaching and mentoring support to poultry farm employees
• Evaluate training program effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.

Desired Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field
• 3 - 6 years experience working with adult learners or in a training and development role.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and facilitation techniques
• Familiarity with local poultry farming practices and challenges.

Requirements:

• Proven facilitation or training experience in poultry farming
• Strong knowledge of poultry farming best practices, including breed selection, nutrition, health management, and marketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with farmers of varying skill levels and educational backgrounds.
