Job Descriptions
- Will be responsible for supervising the support services function which includes Human Resources, Administration, Assets Management, Contracts & Vendor Management, Materials Supply and Procurement, Protocol and Travel Services
- Will proactively and responsively manage allocation of resources and deployment of workforce to minimize wastages and maximize efficiency while ensuring a well motivated workforce and full resource optimization
- Will drive the cultivation of a productive, diversity respecting and gender sensitive working environment in the company
Person Specifications
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in any acceptable field of study and membership of relevant professional bodies
- Demonstrable competence in strategic planning, procurement and contract management
- Minimum of 15 years progressive work experience in relevant work environments, including the last 5 years in Senior Management position
