We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Chinese Chef

Location: Kuje Area Council, Abuja (FCT)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality section
• Assisting the Head Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes.
• Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices
• Monitoring portion and waste control
• Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented in accordance with company standards.

Qualification

• Must have at least OND Certificate with 2-5 years experience.
• Proven experience as a Chinese Chef.
• In-depth knowledge of Chinese and Continental culinary techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to create traditional and contemporary Chinese dishes.
• Strong team management skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and standard.

Salary
N140,000 - N150,000 / Month.
