We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Bank Reconciliation Assistant
Location: Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Overall Purpose
- To ensure accurate reporting of financial transactions of May & Baker Nig. Plc and to protect her financial assets.
Principal Accountabilities
- Daily posting of payment teller from main cash to Bank accounts.
- Monthly reconciliation of main cash and resolution of any outstanding transactions.
- Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation for all FCY and other smaller LCY bank accounts.
- Ensure zero unreconciled items, where there is any, to resolve them with responsible personnel before the following month.
Qualifications
Competencies, Skills & Behaviours:
- OND in Accounting
- Minimum of 1 year work experience.
- Computer Literacy.
- Good Microsoft excel skill.
- Good analytical skill.
