Job Overview

• We are looking for a passionate Machine Learning Scientist to develop and implement cutting-edge ML models to enhance telehealth services.
• This role is perfect for individuals who thrive on tackling profound research questions, deploying innovative AI solutions, and advancing healthcare outcomes through technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Advance the performance of large language models (LLMs) tailored for virtual health coaching through research and development.
• Lead the end-to-end ML development process: data preparation, modeling, deployment, and performance monitoring.
• Design evaluation processes to ensure accuracy, fairness, and scalability of ML models.
• Conduct ML and AI research, focusing on LLMs to drive product innovation.
• Stay updated on the latest ML advancements and share insights with the team.
• Prototype and test new solutions for feasibility and impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement ML solutions that align with business goals.
• Develop technical reports, research papers, and presentations to communicate findings effectively.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related fields (Ph.D. preferred).
• 3+ years of professional experience developing and deploying ML models, preferably in healthcare.
• Expertise in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods, data analysis, and visualization.
• Experience with healthcare data (EHR, medical imaging, etc.) is a plus.
• Proven skills in researching, prototyping, and presenting findings to diverse audiences.
• Focus on LLMs with experience implementing solutions using these models.

Nice-to Have Skills:

• Knowledge of data privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA).
• Published research in LLMs or top-tier ML journals.
• Strong motivation to leverage LLMs to revolutionize healthcare.
