Job Title: Waiter

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Description

• The Waiter will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking and serving orders, answering menu questions, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• They will maintain a clean and organized work area, process payments, and assist in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly.
• Take food and drink orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages to customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized table and work area.
• Process payments and handle the POS system.
• Assist with setting up and clearing tables.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

Skills / Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND qualification
• 1-2 years of experience as a waiter or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to take and serve orders accurately and efficiently.
• Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic payment processing.
• Adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Lives in or near Lekki for easy commute.

Salary
N80,000 monthly.
