Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with expertise in managing and optimizing power consumption, load balancing, blending public power, solar power, and inverter batteries.
- The successful candidate will design, implement, and maintain efficient power systems, ensuring reliable and cost-effective energy supply.
Key Responsibilites
- Design and develop power management systems, integrating public power, solar power, and inverter batteries.
- Conduct site assessments to determine power requirements and optimize system design.
- Specify and procure power management equipment, including solar panels, inverters, and battery banks.
- Install, commission, and maintain power management systems.
- Monitor and analyze power consumption patterns, identifying opportunities for energy efficiency.
- Develop and implement energy-saving initiatives, reducing energy costs and carbon footprint.
- Ensure compliance with relevant electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and facilities.
- Provide training and support to operations staff on power management systems.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in power management.
Key Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with focus on power management.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing efficient power systems.
- Experience with solar power, inverter batteries, and related technologies
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, including circuit analysis and design.
- Familiarity with power management software and tools.
- Experience with electrical safety protocols and procedures.
- Understanding of energy efficiency principles and practices.
- Familiarity with local electrical codes and regulations.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have Certifications:
