Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of ICT and Business Transformation to lead our organization's digital transformation journey.
  • The successful candidate will develop and implement ICT strategies, drive business transformation, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilites
ICT Leadership:

  • Develop and implement ICT strategies, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage the ICT team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Oversee ICT operations, ensuring efficient and effective use of technology.
  • Develop and manage ICT budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation.

Business Transformation:

  • Drive business transformation through technology-enabled initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital transformation.
  • Develop and implement business transformation strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver business transformation projects.

Digital Innovation:

  • Identify and evaluate emerging technologies, assessing potential impact on the organization.
  • Develop and implement digital innovation strategies, driving business growth and competitiveness.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging experimentation and learning.
  • Collaborate with external partners, startups, and innovators to drive digital innovation.

Governance and Risk Management:

  • Develop and implement ICT governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate ICT risks, ensuring business continuity and data security.
  • Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.

Key Requirements
Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in ICT leadership and business transformation.
  • Proven track record of driving digital transformation and business growth.
  • Experience in ICT strategy development, implementation, and management.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Business acumen and commercial awareness. 
  • Technical expertise in ICT, including cloud, data analytics, and cybersecurity.

Nice to Have Certifications:

  • ITIL, COBIT, or similar ICT certifications.
  • Business transformation or change management certifications.

Experience:

  • Experience in digital innovation, including Al, blockchain, or loT.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and protocols.
  • Experience in ICT outsourcing and vendor management.
