Job Title: CNC Operator

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos

Job Description

• The CNC Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to manufacture precision parts and components. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Machine Setup: Set up CNC machines, including loading programs, setting tool offsets, and adjusting machine parameters.
• Operation: Operate CNC machines, monitoring production and adjusting machine settings as needed.
• Part Inspection: Inspect parts for quality and accuracy, using measuring instruments and inspection equipment.
• Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot CNC machine issues, identifying and resolving problems related to programming, tooling, or machine malfunction.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating machines, replacing worn parts, and updating software.
• Quality Control: Implement quality control procedures, ensuring parts meet specifications and quality standards.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production, including part numbers, quantities, and inspection results.

Qualification

• HND, Bsc.
