Job Title: Application Support (L1)
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Install, maintain and support the system on-site
- Will have to be looked-up as a product expert
- Practice operational guidelines set for execution.
- Maintain good relationship with the client.
- Assist the Team lead in installation/co-ordination for implementation and Troubleshoot.
- Undertake knowledge transfer sessions when necessary as part of hand-over procedures.
- Contribute to update the troubleshooting information repository.
- Shall work with the assigned operations lead of the engagement.
Minimum Key Skills
- Science graduate
- Good communication skills and Presentable
- Good Operating System knowledge
- Fair Networking knowledge
- Database BASIC administration knowledge Oracle/SQL Server
- Good knowledge of SQL query
- Trained on In10s product/solution deployed (we will impart training for the same classroom & on the job)
- Candidate who has inclination towards service-oriented career
- Adequate skill to manage application support requirements in production environment.

- Quick learner & good analytical skills
- Positive attitude
- Passionate and committed to work under pressure
- Readiness for stretching the day whenever required (specially onsite)
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience.
