Requirements

• Degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Economics or in a related and relevant course of study. MBA/Professional Certification is additional advantage.
• 5 - 10 years of Banking and Financial experience
• Proven leadership and great decision-making skills
• Strong understanding of financial management and operational best practices
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Proactive and forward thinking.
