Job Title: Montessori Trainer

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• As a Montessori Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training to educators and schools on the Montessori Method, with an emphasis on early literacy and Jolly Phonics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Montessori training sessions for teachers and schools.
• Facilitate workshops and seminars focusing on integrating Jolly Phonics into Montessori education.
• Develop and deliver high-quality educational content.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of trainees.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to educators.
• Assist in curriculum development and the creation of training materials.

Requirements

• A Diploma in Montessori Training (DMT certification) is a must.
• A strong background in Jolly Phonics, with hands-on experience or active involvement in teaching it.
• A degree in English Language or related fields is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to lifelong learning.
• Ability to adapt and learn new training methodologies.
• Previous experience in teaching or training educators is a plus.
