Job Title: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Location: Aba, Abia State
Responsibilities
- CMO to drive, formation of new cells and deployment of RMs/FOs and mobile tellering machines and report to the BDM.
- RMs/FOs to drive membership enrolment, deposit mobilization loans etc. and ensure all off branch deposits are posted through mobile tellering machines.
- Must be willing to undergo training on MTN SMS software and usage.
Qualification & Experience
- First degree in any of the social sciences or administration.
- At least 4 years working experience in financial, marketing or similar institution.
- Good communication and inter-personal skill.
- Ability to manage a team and drive performance. Computer literacy.
- Knowledge of Aba market and surrounding towns is very important.
