Job Title: Cook

Location: Gwarinpa, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to standardized recipes and menu specifications.
• Ensure food is cooked and presented in a timely manner while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Assist in menu planning, portion control, and inventory management.
• Monitor food stock levels and communicate shortages or required supplies to the kitchen manager.
• Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a cook or in a similar role preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
