Job Description

  • You have an established network within businesses with annual sales volumes of $5 million to $20 million and are capable of onboarding clients in this segment.
  • You’re highly independent, self-motivated, target-driven, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  •  You’re experienced in FX sales, account management, or financial sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • You’re knowledgeable about the foreign exchange market and financial services.
  • You’re skilled in communication, negotiation, and building long-term client relationships.
  • You’re tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRM systems, Google Workspace, and tools for tracking and reporting.

Your responsibilities
Client Acquisition

  • Initiate and manage sales initiatives to introduce potential clients to services.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, focusing on businesses with annual sales volumes of $5 million to $20 million.
  • Negotiate and close deals to onboard new clients.

New Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various sectors.
  • Adopt a ‘hunter’ approach to drive corporate business through direct sales.
  • Collaborate with trading and research teams to enhance the client experience.

Research and Prospecting

  • Conduct thorough market research to uncover business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Develop strategic approaches to identify and engage potential clients.

Onboarding Process

  • Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Address client inquiries and provide comprehensive product and service information.

Sales and Account Management

  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and act as their primary point of contact.

Reporting and Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Generate periodic reports on sales performance and client portfolios.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with trading, research, and compliance teams to deliver seamless client services.
  • Participate in discussions to refine sales strategies and client offerings.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in FX sales, account management, or related financial roles.
  • Strong knowledge of the financial services industry, with a focus on the foreign exchange market.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in dynamic environments.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and relevant tools for tracking and reporting.
