Job Description

  • As an Administrative Manager, you'll be at the heart of ensuring seamless operations across administrative, facility, and logistics functions.
  • Your role will demand foresight, planning, and a results-driven approach to keep resources optimized, operations running smoothly, and prevent disruptions.
  • Whether it’s managing inventory, coordinating logistics, or maintaining facilities, your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our business operations.

Responsibilities

  • You will develop systems for accurate forecasting of operational needs, including inventory and resource allocation.
  • You will ensure facilities and retail spaces are fully operational, compliant, and well-maintained.
  • You will manage vendor relationships, ensuring quality and adherence to SLAs, and lead cost-effective procurement processes.
  • You will oversee fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are maintained, insured, and dispatched efficiently.
  • You will analyze data to monitor efficiency, identify areas for improvement, and prepare performance reports for management.
  • You will lead and develop the administrative team, fostering a collaborative and solution-oriented culture.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in administrative or operations management in retail or manufacturing.
  • Expertise in strategic planning, logistics coordination, and vendor management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • You’re experienced in administrative or operations management, with 3–5 years in retail or manufacturing industries.
  • You’re skilled in planning, forecasting, vendor management, and logistics coordination.
  • You’re organized, detail-oriented, and excel at inventory control and resource optimization.
  • You’re proactive, adaptable, and thrive under pressure.
  • You’re proficient in MS Office tools and possess strong problem-solving abilities.

Remunerations

  • Salary: N300,000 - N450,000 monthly.
