Description
- This is a Senior Management position, and you will be required to report directly to the Managing Director/Chief Executive.
Qualifications
- B.Sc or HND in Estate Management/Facility Management
- Possession of relevant Masters Degree is an added advantage
- Associate membership of NIESV is a must
- Minimum of ten (10) years post NYSC cognate experience
- Experience and understanding of the real estate sector is a must
- Proficiency in Computer software applications
Requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
- Demonstrable experience in team leadership and supervision
- Proven relevant networks/contacts will be highly advantageous
- Creativity to maximize all assets - people, knowledge and process commercially.
- Driving experience with valid Driver’s License, a must
