Job Title: Hostess

Responsibilities
- Greeting guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Managing the waitlist and seating arrangements
- Ensuring timely seating for guests in accordance with restaurant policies
- Answering the phone and assisting with reservations
- Providing menus and relevant information to guests
- Assisting servers and other staff as needed
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the host stand and dining area
- Handling customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Assisting with any other tasks as directed by management.
