Description 

• We are seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled storyteller with a deep understanding of social media trends and best practices. You will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, increase audience engagement, and achieve marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create compelling and high-quality social media content, including text, images, and videos.
• Manage social media campaigns, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring performance.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community.
• Conduct social media audits and competitor analyses.
• Track and analyze key metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions) and report on campaign performance.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop integrated campaigns.
• Assist in the development and execution of paid social media advertising campaigns.
• Manage the company's social media budget effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media marketing (minimum 2 years).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Experience with SEO and SEM techniques is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for social media and a strong understanding of digital marketing trends.
