We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Awka, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company’s overall business objectives.
  • Create campaigns for various marketing channels (digital, print, media, etc.) tailored to the construction industry.
  • Oversee all aspects of marketing, from branding to customer communication and lead generation.

Brand Development:

  • Manage and enhance the company’s brand identity and positioning in the market.
  • Develop consistent messaging across all platforms (website, social media, promotional materials, etc.).
  • Ensure the company's brand is represented consistently across all marketing channels.

Digital Marketing:

  • Manage the company’s website, ensuring content is up-to-date, engaging, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
  • Lead social media marketing initiatives, including strategy, content creation, and performance tracking.
  • Implement email marketing campaigns for client engagement and lead nurturing.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data and analytics to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Gather customer feedback to continuously refine marketing strategies.

Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition:

  • Develop targeted marketing strategies to generate leads and drive new business.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into clients and build strong customer relationships.
  • Organize and attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand the company’s client base.

Content Creation:

  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and case studies.
  • Develop content for blog posts, articles, and white papers to showcase the company’s expertise.
  • Manage the production of video and multimedia content for promotional purposes.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Manage and mentor junior marketing staff or external marketing agencies.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments (e.g., sales, operations, and project management) to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business needs.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Track marketing expenditures and ensure alignment with planned budgets.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree is an added advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in construction, real estate, or a related industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of marketing strategies, both digital and traditional.
    • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
    • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, Adobe Suite).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong leadership and project management abilities.
  • Preferred: Experience with construction industry-specific marketing, including knowledge of bidding processes, project portfolios, and industry regulations.
