Job Title: Senior Data Analyst

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilites

• Analyze large datasets to extract insights, trends, and patterns.
• Build and implement statistical models to solve business challenges.
• Create dashboards and reports using Power BI and Looker Studio.
• Manage ETL workflows to ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Set OKRs, define priorities, and oversee projects with team leads.
• Collaborate with product, research, clinical, and coaching teams.
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights.
• Stay updated on trends in data analysis and ML.
• Mentor junior analysts and foster team growth.
• Lead research on mDoc data and present findings.
• Collaborate on abstracts and papers for publication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• 4+ years in data analysis, statistical modeling, and visualization.
• Proficient in Python, NLP, ML, MySQL, MongoDB, Google Analytics, and Google Cloud.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
• Proactive, collaborative, and independent work style.
