Shulifang Biotechnology is a fast growing company situated in the Lekki free zone Lagos state. we are into the production of FMCG products such as Detergent, liquid soap, edible oil, PET bottles, face powder, perfumes, etc.

Job Summary

• Join our dynamic team as a Cosmetic Marketer and help us drive business growth and brand awareness in the beauty industry!
• We're seeking a creative and results-driven Cosmetic Marketer to develop and execute marketing strategies for our perfume and PET bottle products.
• The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and skincare, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive sales and brand awareness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content, promotions, and product launches
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and sales data to inform marketing strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners, influencers, and customers
• Meet and exceed sales and marketing targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of marketing experience in the packaging, beauty or cosmetic industry
• Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and brand awareness
• Excellent communication, creative, and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach to marketing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
