Job Summary

• We are looking for a talented Data Scientist / Data Analyst to help us collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to inform business decisions.
• Your insights will guide our marketing strategies, product development, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources (CRM, web traffic, social media).
• Apply statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
• Create dashboards and reports to present findings and trends to stakeholders.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and business development, to inform strategies.
• Develop predictive models to forecast business outcomes.
• Monitor and improve data collection processes and reporting accuracy.
• Stay up to date with the latest data analysis tools, techniques, and best practices.

Qualifications

• B.Sc / HND qualification
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, or similar.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) and data analysis software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with machine learning and statistical modeling techniques is a plus.
