Job Description

• We are seeking an enthusiastic Operations Research Personnel to support data analysis, process optimization, and research activities in areas of Governance, Risk & Compliance and other related fields.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Research, Governance, Compliance or related fields.
• This role is ideal for applicants with 0–2 years of experience.
• Proficiency in knowledge of operating systems, Microsoft Office, and IT tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for operational efficiency and research.
