Employment Type: Full-time / National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).

Job Description

• We are seeking an enthusiastic Operations Research Personnel currently undergoing their NYSC program to support data analysis, process optimization, and research activities in areas of Governance, Risk & Compliance and other related fields .
• This role is ideal for NYSC members with 0–2 years of experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Operations Research, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Basic knowledge of operating systems, Microsoft Office, and IT tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Currently serving (NYSC) with a passion for operational efficiency and research.
