Job Title: Sales Admins Manager

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • This role ensures efficient sales operations by managing processes, coordinating between teams, and supporting the sales force.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and streamline sales administrative processes to enhance productivity.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Oversee the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and policies.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, finance, marketing, and other departments.
  • Support the sales team with order processing, invoicing, and contract management.
  • Coordinate sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Address and resolve administrative challenges to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assist in handling key customer inquiries and escalations.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external partners to support sales initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Sales.
  • 5 years proven experience in sales administration, sales operations, or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software, ERP systems, and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
