Job Title: Sales Admins Manager

Job Summary
- This role ensures efficient sales operations by managing processes, coordinating between teams, and supporting the sales force.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and streamline sales administrative processes to enhance productivity.
- Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Oversee the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and policies.
- Act as a liaison between sales, finance, marketing, and other departments.
- Support the sales team with order processing, invoicing, and contract management.
- Coordinate sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Address and resolve administrative challenges to facilitate smooth operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist in handling key customer inquiries and escalations.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external partners to support sales initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Sales.
- 5 years proven experience in sales administration, sales operations, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of CRM software, ERP systems, and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
