Job Title: Senior Accounts Payable Executive
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining the portfolio of suppliers and customers
- Plan and manage all cashflow from collections and payments
- Reviewing of reconciliations and postings in the accounting system
- Prepare and file quarterly reports
- Making sure month-end closing are accurately input, including submissions of revenue and cost accruals
- Prepare and review process documentations and manuals
- Liaise with auditors and colleagues for monthly and statutory reporting
- Other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy
- At least 5 years of experience in AP or AR
- Have experience with automation projects
- Experienced in reviewing internal controls and implementing changes to streamline work processes
