Job Title: Inventory Attendant

Location: Gwarinpa, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Stock Handling: Receive and inspect incoming deliveries, ensuring quality and quantity match order specifications.
• Inventory Management: Track and update stock levels for ingredients, packaging, and kitchen supplies.
• Storage Organization: Properly store food items and materials according to safety and hygiene guidelines.
• Stock Replenishment: Notify management of low stock levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of stock movements, usage, and waste.
• Waste Control: Monitor expiration dates and assist in minimizing food waste.
• Compliance & Safety: Follow food safety standards, storage regulations, and hygiene protocols.
• Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and management to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
• Experience: 1+ years in inventory handling, warehouse operations, or a similar role (preferably in foodservice or hospitality).
• Skills: Basic knowledge of inventory tracking, organization, and stock handling.
• Technology: Familiarity with inventory management software or ability to learn.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry inventory items as needed.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately record and monitor stock levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a cloud kitchen/virtual kitchen or food-related business.
• Understanding of food storage best practices and FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory method.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 / Month.
