Job Title: Inventory Manager

Location: Gwarinpa, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Control: Monitor, track, and maintain optimal stock levels of ingredients, packaging materials, and kitchen supplies.
• Ordering & Procurement: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to place orders based on demand forecasts and kitchen needs.
• Stock Audits: Conduct regular inventory audits, reconcile discrepancies, and report stock usage trends.
• Waste Reduction: Implement strategies to minimize food waste and optimize storage solutions.
• Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with vendors, delivery services, and kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate supply replenishment.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software or spreadsheets.
• Cost Management: Monitor expenses related to inventory purchases and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Quality Control: Ensure all ingredients and supplies meet quality and safety standards.
• Compliance & Safety: Adhere to food safety regulations and proper storage practices for perishable and non-perishable goods.
• Collaboration: Work with kitchen staff and operations managers to align inventory with menu demand and production schedules.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in inventory management, supply chain, or a related role (preferably inhospitality).
• Skills: Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Technology: Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Knowledge: Understanding of food safety regulations and storage best practices.
• Communication: Ability to coordinate effectively with vendors, kitchen staff, and management.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move inventory items as needed.

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
