We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Ibeju Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
• Manage reservations, answer inquiries, and handle guest requests efficiently.
• Provide information about resort facilities, local attractions, and special offers.
• Handle payments, invoices, and maintain accurate records.
• Address and resolve guest concerns promptly to maintain high service standards.
• Uphold the resort’s policies and maintain a well-organized front desk area.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role (preferably in the hospitality industry).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
• A friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
