Job Title: Corporate Communications and Investor Relations Manager

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

Job Overview

• Our client is seeking a dynamic professional to lead Corporate Communications and Investor Relations, shaping public perception and driving investor confidence.
• The Corporate Communications & Investor Relations Manager will develop and execute strategic communication programs, enhance brand positioning, and manage investor relations to support business growth and corporate objectives.
• Candidate must have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in corporate communications, investor relations, or related fields in the insurance industry, and must be chartered with the CIIN association.

Key Responsibilities
Investor Relations:

• Develop and maintain the company’s investor relations strategy.
• Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends.
• Create investor presentations, reports, and disclosures.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and stock exchange representatives.
• Provide market insights and feedback to senior management.

Corporate Communications & Branding:

• Develop and implement corporate communication strategies.
• Manage media relations and corporate reputation.
• Oversee branding, internal communications, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure consistency across all communication platforms, including digital channels.
• Coordinate public affairs and industry events.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of BSc/HND; MBA preferred.
• Must have a Chartered membership of ARCON and Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria.
• Must have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in corporate communications, investor relations, or related fields in the insurance industry.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
