Job Summary

• Are you an experienced Accountant with a passion for finance and a keen eye for detail? La Campagne Tropicana Beach Resort is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Handle tax filings, statutory remittances, and liaise with regulatory authorities.
• Support internal and external audits.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, CPA) is an advantage.
• Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar tools).
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
