Job Title: Marketing Executive

Role Overview
- We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team and drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
- The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and tourism, a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, and the ability to craft compelling campaigns that attract both local and international guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote La Campagne Tropicana Beach Resort across various platforms.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and content creation.
- Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
- Plan and execute promotional events, partnerships, and influencer collaborations to enhance visibility.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Create compelling advertisements, brochures, and online content that showcase the resort’s unique offerings.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) to maximize reach and bookings.
- Work closely with the sales team to generate leads and drive conversions.
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance using key metrics and analytics tools.
- Develop relationships with media outlets, travel bloggers, and tourism agencies to boost PR efforts.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or luxury brands.
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing, digital advertising, and content creation.
- Experience in event marketing, PR, and brand partnerships is a plus.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and video editing is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
- Ability to think creatively and develop campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Strong analytical skills to measure campaign success and optimize marketing strategies.
