Job Description

  • We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Officer to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative operations and support office management.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records and organize company documentation.
  • Assist in HR functions such as recruitment and employee record management.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support financial administration, including budget tracking and expense management.
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate procurement needs.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Admin Officer, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
