Job Description
- We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Officer to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our administrative functions.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative operations and support office management.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Maintain accurate records and organize company documentation.
- Assist in HR functions such as recruitment and employee record management.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support financial administration, including budget tracking and expense management.
- Manage office supplies and coordinate procurement needs.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Admin Officer, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
