Job Title: Technical Service Advisor

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Mode: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm, Saturday 8:30am - 3:30pm

Job Summary 

• We are seeking an experienced and skilled Technical Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, inspecting and diagnosing vehicle faults, recommending repairs and maintenance services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and diagnose vehicle faults and provide detailed estimates for repairs and maintenance services.
• Recommend repairs to customers and collaborate with mechanics to ensure all services are completed with high standards, efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inspections, diagnoses, and repairs.
• Stay up to date with the latest vehicle technologies and repair methods, and apply this knowledge to provide exceptional service to customers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a technician or service advisor in a mechanic workshop.
• Degree in Automotive Technology preferably
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Ability to generate agreements and contracts before inspection, servicing or repair.
• Proficient with diagnostics tools and machine, workshop management software and other technical tools.
• Excellent technical and communication skills.

Salary
N180,000 to N250,000 per month.
