About the Role

  • As a Telesales Associate at AltSchool, your primary responsibility is to identify and engage potential customers.
  • You'll play a crucial role in our sales process by initiating outbound calls, understanding customer needs, and cross-selling to existing clients.
  • Your success in meeting and exceeding sales targets is vital, and you'll utilize CRM software to efficiently manage leads and interactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping and seamless communication.

What you will be doing

  • Identify potential customers and build a database of leads. 
  • Qualify leads to determine their suitability as potential customers. 
  • Initiate outbound calls to introduce AltSchool products.
  • Engage potential customers in conversations to understand their needs. 
  • Engage existing customers where necessary and cross-sell to them
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, quotas, and revenue goals set by the organization. 
  • Utilize CRM software to record and manage interactions. 
  • Update lead information and call history in the CRM system.

Qualifications
What we are looking for:

  • 1 - 2 years telesales, contact center, or customer service experience
  • Candidates with a strong sales record and target achievement
  • Candidates looking to build a career in Brand and marketing communications
  • Previous customer-facing experience is required
  • Must have very good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proximity to Lekki, Lagos is essential
  • Available to resume immediately.
