Job Title: Accountant - Real Estate
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Description
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage our financial operations. If you have a strong background in accounting and real estate finance, we want you on our team.
Your Role
- Manage financial transactions, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and tax filings
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Track accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliation of bank statements
- Provide financial insights to support business decisions
- Work closely with sales and management teams to monitor revenue and expenses
Who We Need
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA) is an added advantage
- Proven experience in accounting, preferably in real estate
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax regulations, and accounting software
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Abuja-based candidates preferred.
