Job Title: Legal & Estate Development Officer (Real Estate)
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Job Summary
- We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Legal & Estate Development Officer to oversee legal compliance, property documentation, and real estate project development.

Your Role
- Provide legal advice on property transactions, contracts, and compliance
- Draft, review, and negotiate property agreements and legal documents
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulatory requirements
- Oversee land acquisition, title verification, and due diligence processes
- Collaborate with estate developers, surveyors, and government agencies
- Support estate development planning, approvals, and project execution
- Resolve legal disputes related to property ownership and transactions
Who We Need
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) with a call to the Nigerian Bar (BL)
- Additional qualifications in estate management, real estate law, or development are a plus
- Proven experience in real estate law, property transactions, or estate development
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian property laws, land acquisition, and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent negotiation, contract management, and analytical skills
- Abuja-based candidates preferred
