Job Title: Pre School Teacher

Location: Ibara Housing / Oke-Ilewo - Abeokuta, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans and activities aligned with early childhood education standards.
• Encourage early literacy, numeracy, and critical thinking skills.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Supervise children during activities, meals, and outdoor play to ensure safety.
• Encourage positive behavior and resolve conflicts using appropriate strategies.
• Observe and assess children’s progress, identifying their needs and strengths.
• Encourage social skills, such as cooperation, sharing, and communication.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education / NCE
• Teaching certification is an added advantage
• Previous experience in teaching or working with children at the elementary school level (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills to explain concepts clearly.
• Classroom management skills to maintain a positive and structured environment.

Salary
N50,000 Monthly.
