The Advancement Place, a consulting company, is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Bread Baker

Location: Ake - Abeokuta, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Measure and mix ingredients (flour, water, yeast, salt, and other ingredients) to prepare dough for bread.
• Knead dough and allow it to rise (proof) for the correct amount of time to ensure proper texture and consistency.
• Inspect finished bread to ensure it meets the desired texture, color, and flavor standards.

Skills and Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an SSCE / OND / HND qualification with 2+ years previous experience in baking (preferably with bread)
• Knowledge of baking techniques, dough handling, and oven operations
• Ability to work with precision and attention to detail
• Good physical stamina for standing, kneading, and lifting
• Gender: Male.

Working Conditions:

• Require early morning or late-night shifts.
• Requires standing for long hours and handling heavy bags of flour and equipment.
• No formal education is typically required, but experience or formal training in baking is preferred.
• A professional baking certification can be an advantage.

Salary
N50,000 - N70,000 Monthly.
