Job Summary

  • The Store Manager will be responsible for managing store operations, supervising staff, maintaining inventory, and driving sales growth.
  • The ideal candidate should be highly organized, proactive, and possess strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
  • Manage stock levels, track inventory, and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate store employees to achieve performance targets.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or complaints.
  • Implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, and store expenses.
  • Enforce store policies, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
  • Conduct regular stock audits to prevent loss, theft, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit financial and inventory reports to management.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely supply of products.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager, Inventory Manager, or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
