Quicky Chillis, a 24 hours restaurant in Adewale bus stop ikotun, Lagos, is  recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Location: Ikotun, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Oversee Restaurant Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
• Develop and Implement Business Strategies: Develop and implement business strategies to increase sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and Motivate Staff: Lead and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service, improve productivity, and reduce turnover.
• Manage Finances: Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Ensure Compliance with Regulations: Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, and employment regulations.
• Maintain High Standards of Quality and Service: Maintain high standards of quality and service, including food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
• Build Customer Relationships: Build relationships with customers to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND or Master's Degree qualification with 3 - 6 years work experience.

Salary
N200,000 - N400,000 / month.
