We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Physics Teacher

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Responsibilities

• Developing comprehensive lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
• Teaching physics concepts through lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on experiments to help students understand the subject matter.
• Designing and administering tests, quizzes, and assignments to evaluate students' understanding and progress.
• Maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
• Managing and organizing laboratory equipment and materials for experiments and practical lessons.
• Staying updated with the latest developments in physics and education through continuous learning and professional development.
• Working with other teachers, staff, and parents to support students' overall academic and personal growth.
• Extracurricular Activities: Organizing and participating in science fairs, clubs, and other extracurricular activities to promote interest in physics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Education with a specialization in Physics
• Minimum two years experience as a Physics Teacher.
• Indept understanding of teaching best practice
• Experience teaching IGCSE
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding with different types of teaching styles.
