Job Summary

• We are looking for a skilled and experienced Shawarma Cook to prepare delicious and high-quality shawarma dishes.
• The ideal candidate should have expertise in marinating, grilling, and assembling shawarma, ensuring excellent taste and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and marinate meat (chicken, beef, lamb, etc.) with the appropriate seasonings.
• Operate and maintain shawarma rotisserie grills efficiently.
• Slice and serve shawarma with fresh ingredients, sauces, and accompaniments.
• Prepare fresh salads, sauces, and toppings to complement shawarma dishes.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
• Manage cooking times and temperatures to ensure consistent food quality.
• Take customer orders and customize shawarma as per preferences.
• Monitor ingredient stock levels and inform management of any shortages.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet customer demand.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Shawarma Cook or in a similar role.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to work well in a team and handle pressure during peak hours.
• Good customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
