Job Title: Executive Secretary to the Chairman

Location: Ejigbo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Chairman

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Executive Secretary to provide administrative support to the Chairman.
  • The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Chairman's complex calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the Chairman
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries on behalf of the Chairman
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, including preparing agendas and minutes
  • Take minutes during board meetings and other high-level meetings
  • Develop and manage budgets, track expenses, and process invoices related to the Chairman's office
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and board members
  • Perform special projects as assigned by the Chairman.

Requirements

  • The candidate should possess a minimum of BSc / BA / HND (minimum of Second class Lower Division) from a recognized University in Secretarial/Administration or related field
  • Possession of a higher Degree will be an added advantage.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Secretary or Administrative Assistant to a high-level executive
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, Multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism are essential

Salary
Negotiable based on experience and qualification.
