Rolan Foundation is a not-for-profit organization established with a mandate to create a realistic, effective, and impactful difference in the lives of vulnerable and less-privileged persons living in urban, rural, and hard-to-reach communities in Nigeria. We achieve this through three-pronged approaches: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Capacity Development, and Welfare.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Program Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• The applicant must be able to design, implement, monitor and assess programs that align with the Foundation's mission and objectives.
• The applicant must be able to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, ensuring the execution of initiatives while contributing to the foundation's overall development.
• The applicant must have the ability to develop project proposals and strategic plans consistent with the Foundation's objectives
• Prepare comprehensive budgets for program activities
• Plan and facilitate workshops, training sessions and community engagement events
• Gather and analyze program performance data and present findings to stakeholders and donors
• Cultivate relationships with donors, partners, donor agencies, government agencies and local stakeholders
• Ccollaborate with fund raising teams to identify and secure financial support for programs.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 5 years relevant work experience.
