Job Summary

• We are looking for a competent and responsible Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Gudu branch.
• The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a good sense of responsibility, and the ability to manage people effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities and ensure smooth branch operations.
• Monitor staff performance and provide necessary guidance.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards.
• Handle inventory, stock management, and report discrepancies.
• Enforce company policies and operational guidelines.
• Provide periodic reports to management.

Requirements

• A graduate in any relevant field (preferred).
• Prior experience in a supervisory role.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a team and work under minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
