Job Title: Fast Food Cook

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• We are looking for a skilled and energetic Fast Food Cook to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking food quickly and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
• You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all food items meet health and safety regulations, and contribute to an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed at all times.
• Assist in receiving and storing food supplies properly.
• Work as a team with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Follow company policies and procedures related to food handling and preparation.
• Adhere to portion control guidelines to minimize food waste.
• Handle customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 - 10 years relevant experience as a cook in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with fryers, grills, and other fast-food cooking equipment.
• Passion for food and customer service.
